Our Site (www.bannerking.com.my) provides its service to you which subjects to the
following Terms and Condition, which may be updated by Us from time to time without
prior notice to you (the user). Please note that your use of the bannerking.com.my
site constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms
and Conditions.
2. The BannerKing Satisfaction Guarantee
We at BannerKing Ads are committed to Customer satisfaction as Our top priority,
and We do everything possible to ensure proper cutting, accurate color reproduction
and excellent printing quality in all Our products. However, certain circumstances
are beyond Our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that We
cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made or provided by the Customer.
- Poor low-resolution of uploaded images (artwork) supplied by the Customer.
- Design errors or color selection errors introduced by the Customer their artworks.
- Errors in user-selected options such product type, size, finishing options or quantity.
- Incorrect file dimensions, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with
BannerKing Ads specifications.
- Duplicate orders by the Customer.
- Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, hole drilling, die cutting or other
custom services.
- Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages or other errors created by the
Customer.
Please preview your designs carefully and correct any issues prior to placing your
order to ensure the best quality output.
3. Order and Purchase Items from Site
Products or services listed in bannerking.com.my website are to be purchase using
'fund' which can be reloaded in your member area. If you have insufficient funds
in your membership account to purchase any products or services, you are required
to pay the full amount via credit card or reload your fund before proceeding to
checkout. All prices and amounts shown on this site are in Our local currency (Ringgit
Malaysia) unless otherwise noted.
Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in sales description, quotation,
pricing, offers, invoice or other documents or information issued by BannerKing
Ads shall to the extent permitted by law be subject to correction without any liability
on the part of BannerKing Ads.
Please note that all reloaded funds require approval from BannerKing Ads before
it can be used to purchase any products or services on Our site.
4. Fund Reload Methods
Funds reloading request must be submitted with an approved payment method. Below
are the approved payment methods accepted by Our Site:
- Reload by credit card. This method is simple, fast and secure. Our credit card payment
process goes through WorldPay's secure payment gateway system. WorldPay is a part
of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
- Reload by cash or cheque. Pay by cash at any of Our counters nationwide or mail
us your cheque to Our HQ office.
- Reload via bank transfer. Bank in or transfer the appropriate amount into Our bank
account.
Note: Our bank account information and office address can be viewed at Our 'Fund
Reload' page.
5. Refund and Order Cancellation Policy
Refund refers to the request of refund for the funds you have reloaded or the payment
you have made through this website. Order Cancellation refers to the cancellation
of your order you have made through this website.
Refund request has to be made through direct contact (phone, fax, email, written
document or face to face) with us. Our authorise personnel will review your request
and reserve the right to either approve or reject your request for refund.
Order cancellation can not be done after you have confirmed and submitted your order
through this website unless it is agreed by BannerKing Ads. All orders are final,
unless otherwise noted before processing your order. Please check your order before
submit it to Us and double check again prior to your payment. No cancellations shall
be entertained. BannerKing Ads will start processing your order within 24 hours
once all necessary materials have been received.
6. Artwork Files Upload
You can choose to upload your artwork (if available) during ordering process. If
you have multiple files for your artwork, you are required to compress all files
into a single ZIP file before uploading. The maximum file size We can accept through
Our Site is 25MB. If you artwork file is larger than 25MB after zip, either mail
Us your artwork in CD format or submit your artwork to any of Our branches.
Please take note that We do review all artwork files you have submitted (uploaded)
before printing, but you are the only one who fully responsible for the accuracy
of your print-ready artwork files and We encourage you to double check all files
carefully before uploading your files to Us during the ordering process. Under these
Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will not upload any artwork files consisting
of the following material:
- Any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable
law.
- Any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other
intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner.
- Any files that are harmful to Our system. Such as viruses, spyware, malware, etc.
7. Copyright
You, the User, acknowledge that all content included on this Site, including, without
limitation, the information, data, software, photographs, graphs, typefaces, graphics,
images, illustrations, maps, designs, icons, written and other material and compilations
are intellectual property and copyrighted works of BannerKing Ads. Reproductions
or storage of Content retrieved from this Site, in all forms, media and technologies
now existing or hereafter developed, is subject to the Our country's Copyright Act
1997.
8. Trademarks
"BannerKing", “BannerKing Ads” & "bannerking.com.my", and any and all
other marks appearing on this Site are trademarks, registered trademarks or trade
dress of BannerKing Ads. BannerKing Ads's trademarks and trade dress may not be
used in connection with any product or service that is not BannerKing Ads's, in
any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that
disparages or discredits BannerKing Ads. All other trademarks not owned by BannerKing
Ads that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may
or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by BannerKing Ads.
9. Unauthorized User Behaviour
You may only use this Site to make legitimate requests to purchase the
products or services offered and shall not use this Site to make any speculative,
false or fraudulent Requests. You may not use robots or other automated means to
access this Site. It is a violation of law to place a request in a false name or
with an invalid credit card. Any damage cost by hacking or unauthorized site activities
will, fraudulent User actions may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
10. User Bind to Agreement
When you the User uses Our Site, you have confirmed that you have read,
understood and agree to Our Terms and Condition which are incorporated herein, and
agree that the terms of such policy are reasonable and satisfactory to you.
11. Termination of Usage
User accounts that have no purchase transaction for 2 years shall be expired and
all funds available will be deem as not refundable.
User access to all or part of this Site may be terminated or suspended at any time,
without prior notice.
